Terms & Condition

Please read trough standard terms and conditions carefully and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

  • It is agreed that the terms set out in this booking form is the total agreement made between the parties and that no variation or modification of this terms & conditions shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.

  • To reserve the time and date of services, please accept the terms and conditions and arrange payment of a non-refundable, non-transferable reservation deposit of €200. For two videographer option or bookings made 1.5 years in advance of the event, booking deposit might be slightly more. No date can`t be reserved until the T&C’s are accepted and deposit is received.

  • The balance due for the our services must be paid in full on the event date or before that.

  • If by any reason balance is not paid on time. All footage will be archived. Charge of €200 must be paid to un-archive the footage and move it back to editing queue. All media, remains untouched and unedited and remains the property of ER Films until any outstanding balance has been cleared.

  • If you package require to stay us till first dance, ER Films working on 10:30 pm policy basis. If for any reason the first dance is delayed ER Films agrees to stay late to cover the first dance subject to a late fee of €100 per hour or part thereof. Otherwise coverage will finish at 10:30 pm..

  • Prices provided by ER Films are valid at the time of booking. Prices upon booking will not increase nor decrease assuming the requested services do not change.

  • Should, for whatever reason, you have to cancel the booking, non-refundable deposit will be retained in full.

  • If Wedding date changed, non-refundable deposit will be retained in full if new date not available.

  • ER Films will work with Health and Safety issues in mind and reserve the right not to film in dangerous or unsafe situations.

  • As standard, your wedding film will contain background music chosen and supplied by ER Films. We will select appropriate music which best tells your story. The task of selecting music which has the right pace and mood and then editing this to the video footage is an important part of the overall creative process. This does apply to all films you will receive. We do not record ceremony music, if you want us to use some of your ceremony music in to your films, it`s might be possible, but you need to consult with us on the moment of booking.

  • If you have viewed one of our demos or online samples, please note that this is shown in order to demonstrate our style of work. ER Films cannot guarantee that the content of your finished video will be exactly the same as the samples.

  • The client understands and accepts that footage recorded will be the videographer’s professional expertise determines. Although every effort will be made to comply with the client’s wishes, special requests are not binding instruction.

  • We do not film communion part of ceremony in full. Only candid shots will be filmed during communion part of ceremony. We do not film communion line.

  • We film only 2 - 4 minutes during the greeting line. We do not film greeting line in full.

  • On the Wedding day we focused mainly on the Bride and Groom, we will do our best to capture as much natural shots of your family and guests as possible, but due to nature of event sometimes its not possible. If you want maximum coverage, please consider second Videographer option.

  • We may use lights during the speeches and dances. If you don`t want light to be used, we cant guaranteed good color representation in your film.

  • ER Films have full creative control over produced video.

  • ER Films will not be liable to the client under any circumstances if it’s performance and products is prevented or impaired due to war, industrial action, fire, acts of God including adverse weather conditions and earthquakes, shortages or unavailability of labour or materials, laws or governmental restrictions which conflict with the terms of this Agreement, or any other matter beyond the reasonable control of ER Films.

  • In the event of any unanticipated videographer illness, ER Films will make all reasonable efforts to substitute another competent professional. If another videographer cannot be assigned in time for the event, ER Films will promptly return to the client all payments previously made by the client to it, and will then have no further liability with respect to this Agreement. ER Films reserves the right to decline outdoor filming in the event of inclement weather. The client is responsible for providing an alternate nearby location in the event of inclement weather.

  • In the unlikely event of complete equipment failure or other circumstances outside our control which means we are unable to film your wedding, you will receive a full refund. We will not be liable for any further damages.

  • Drone footage will be taken only if weather conditions, location, and timing will be suitable. It’s impossible to launch the Drone in urban areas, near airports, prisons, military bases and other no-fly zones. Under heavy wind conditions, rain or snow. It will be decided by ER Films on the day if conditions and locations are suitable for operating drone. ER Films not giving any guarantee that Drone will be used on the day.

  • It is the responsibility of the B&G to obtain advance permission from the relevant authorities to allow ER Films record the event in the manner we need, in order to produce the finished wedding film to our usual high standards. Whilst every effort will be made to obtain the best camera & microphone position for recording the event, this may not always be possible due to restrictions imposed on the day.

  • To capture high quality audio during your vows, we have to attach small microphone and recorder on groom. If by any reason groom refuses to wear the microphone, we can`t guaranteed good audio quality during the vows.

  • Some venues might have old Audio system which may create problems to capture high quality audio. ER Films will make every effort to capture high quality sound by creating multiple backup`s. It is the responsibility of the B&G to obtain advance permission from the venue to use equipment which needed for high quality sound recording.

  • Editing and delivery of your final Film will take between 5 and 16 weeks, busy season it might take longer. We will deliver all produced films at the same time. If Short highlight film uploaded online, you will get private link to see it first.

  • ER Films will deliver final edited product. No editing will be done after film delivered unless there is technical or grammar errors. Only reasonable requests will be fulfilled.

  • All digital files recorded on the day of the event remain the property of the ER Films at all times.

  • Due to the number of Weddings we film, we cant keep raw footage for the lifetime period. All footage and audio will be permanently deleted after 6 weeks of final product delivery.

  • RAW footage can be provided only as an extra paid option. None of the packages includes it as a standard.

  • ER Films are fully GDPR compliant. It is B&G responsibility to gather permission of guests being filmed if required. You can see our Privacy policy here.

  • ER Films reserves the right to use recorded material for future promotional advertising, sales, leasing & hire unless otherwise agreed in writing.
